The VISION Z-Wave USB Adapter is a Z-Wave USB dongle. When attached to a PC, laptop etc, it becomes a Z-Wave communication device, which connect the PC/MAC based Z-Wave software(sold separately) with different Z-Wave devices through integrated USB.

Within the Z-Wave wireless network the Z-Stick acts as a static controller with enhanced (SUC/SIS) network management function. In order to use the full functionality a software application such as Z-Cloud or Z-Way is needed to run on the host. Z-Stick supports all kinds of third party software complying with the Zensys Serial API.

Description

VISION Z-Wave USB Adapter is primarily designed to allow a host processer to control up to 232 Z-Wave devices using the Z-Wave technology protocol as well as simplifying Z-Wave network installation.

This device will work with the following software packages:

  • Homeseer
  • Z-Cloud
  • Z-Way

It requires suitable Z-Wave software (e.g. listed above), as it does not come with any Z-Wave control software itself.

Please Note: The Z-Wave USB Adapter requires a specific VCP driver to be installed.
